General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Clients who have been taught the Trust Technique® promise to use the technique only on animals that are in their possession or for which they are directly responsible. The purpose of this commitment is to protect against improper use and possible re-traumatization. Furthermore, they promise not to pass on the technique and in particular the consultation structure to third parties or to make use of the Trust Technique® in any way. The knowledge imparted is intended exclusively for private use (source: Code of Conduct, Trust Technique Center & Association). 

Trust Technique® consultations are recorded for quality assurance, knowledge transfer or advertising purposes by "Trust and Regard". If recordings are to be used for knowledge transfer purposes or for advertising, the written consent of the customer will be explicitly requested (e.g. on WhatsApp, Threema or similar). 

All personal details and data provided to me are strictly confidential. Exceptions only apply to statutory reporting obligations. I am subject to a duty of confidentiality and treat all content and findings confidentially. 

Agreed appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.

I have business liability insurance that covers claims for damages from customers. Further liability claims are excluded. The Trust Technique® can trigger profound behavioral changes in animals. As a Trust Technique® practitioner, I teach the technique between humans and animals and provide comprehensive information about its various aspects. Behavioral changes in animals after a consultation are part of the process and should be accompanied professionally. I do not accept any liability for such behavioral changes as these depend on the nature of the animal and its environment and are the responsibility of the animal owner.

I always strive for the best possible consultation for the animal. As I work with living beings, however, I cannot always guarantee the successful resolution of a problem. Nevertheless, it is important to me that the client is satisfied with my services. If the Trust Technique® is not suitable, booked consultations can be canceled. Consultations paid for in advance will be refunded minus a processing fee.

I am available for preliminary discussions and appointments by telephone (+41 79 548 61 57), via WhatsApp, Signal, Threema, or via info@trust-and-regard.com. I will confirm your registration in writing. 

By registering or making an appointment, you accept the GTC. The appointments are binding.

Consultations are paid for in cash or via Twint immediately after completion.

Written consultations (via email, SMS, WhatsApp...) and telephone calls also count as working time. The first 10 minutes per telephone call or question (e.g. written advice via WhatsApp or similar) are free of charge. Beyond that, CHF 2 per minute will be charged.
